ASCI 181 - Advanced Livestock, Meat and Dairy Evaluation

Prerequisite: ASCI 11 or ASCI 81 or permission of instructor
Detailed analysis of animal form related to functional efficiency, economic value, and sound livestock production management. Written and oral defense of judgments (dairy, horse, livestock, meats).
