MATH 193B - JR SEM PURE MATH

Prerequisite: junior standing; MATH 111 or permission from instructor
Prerequisite or Corequisite: MATH 152

The seminar features talks in pure mathematics given by mathematics faculty, guest speakers, and/or senior mathematics majors who previously took this seminar and have taken or are enrolled in MATH 198. Student presentations will preferably be related to presenter’s work in MATH 198, which must be on advanced topics in pure mathematics. The seminar is part of the culminating experience for the Pure Mathematics option in the B.S. in Mathematics. (Formerly MATH 191T)
