Seminar for first semester, sophmore LCOE Honors students. Lectures, guests, discussions, workshops. Leadership training in engineering/construction management professions. Topics: Proactive/interactive leadership, decision making, goal setting, project planning, leaadership attitude, team building, innovation, ethics.
