CM 177 - Sustainable Construction

Prerequisite: CM 20 or ARCH 20
(CM 177 same as ARCH 177) To provide an overview of emerging delivery systems for high performance green buildings and the basis on which their sustainability can be evaluated. Green Building rating systems will be discussed. Lectures, lab, field trips, and guest speakers.
