CFS 131 - Family Theories

Open only to majors and minors in Child and Family Science. An introduction to family theories and their impact on issues such as gender, roles in family functioning, communication, power dynamics. Theories include Structural Functionalism, Family Systems Theory, Stress and Crisis Theory, Feminist Family Theory, and Family Development Theory.
