The Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology can offer you the educational experience you will need to be a leader in the agriculture industry and related sciences. We offer outstanding programs in the traditional areas of agriculture, including agricultural business, agricultural education, animal sciences, plant science, and viticulture. Additionally, we offer excellent programs in areas which are uniquely related to agriculture, including human nutrition and dietetics, food science, enology, and industrial technology. At the heart of the nation’s leading agricultural region, our 2,000 students are attracted to a quality, hands-on education closely tied to our 1,000 acre University Agricultural Laboratory (UAL), research facilities, supportive community and industry partners.

The Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology at Fresno State is shaping the future of one of the world’s most productive agricultural regions by developing global decision-makers in food and agriculture. We accomplish this by encouraging, equipping, and enabling faculty, staff, and students to create innovative, scientifically sound, and sustainable solutions to agri-food, technological, and environmental challenges in California, our nation, and the world.

Advising
The Jordan College Advising and Career Development Center is located in Agricultural Sciences Building, Room 110. The Advising & Career Development Center is here to assist students in the Jordan College of Agricultural Sciences and Technology in achieving their goals, both academically and professionally.
The resources and services we provide include, but are not limited to:
- Major, minor, and General Education advising
- Academic Probation and Disqualification advising
- Access to internship and career opportunities
- Assistance with internship and job search strategies
