ELA 261 - School Leadership for Equity and Improvement Prerequisite: P12 Administration Program admission Corequisite: ELA 271 The course focuses on developing P-12 educational leaders who can create equitable school environments for student learning and well-being. Candidates conduct equity gap analyses and devise strategies to enhance outcomes for historically underserved student groups. The curriculum emphasizes data-driven decision-making, root cause analysis, and collaborative feedback for effective action planning. Note: Graduate Writing Competency to be assessed through submission and passing of the written administrator performance assessment for candidates completing the MA in tandem with the PASC.
