VIT 102 - General Viticulture II Prerequisite: BIOL 11 and VIT 15 Winter and spring vineyard actions. Vine pruning, propagation, planting, training, and trellis systems. Recent developments in viticulture practices, with emphasis on raisin, table, and wine grape production. Vine anatomy, morphology and phenology.
