This course provides an introduction to viticulture, covering origin and distribution of grapevines; anatomy, morphology and phenology of grapevines; uses and products of grapes; grape production of the world, USA, and California; basics of cultivars, rootstocks, and cultural practices for producing wine grapes, table grapes, and raisins.
