NURS 215 - Obstetrics & Gynecology in Primary Care

Prerequisite: admission into the graduate program in Nursing or post-master’s certificate program and successful completion of NURS 211 , NURS 212 , NURS 221 , NURS 223 , NURS 225 , NURS 264  and NURS 265  
Introduction to basic obstetric and gynecologic content and skills utilized in primary care. Diagnosis and management of common obstetric and gynecologic conditions are explored. Early indications of serious obstetrical complications and the nurse practitioner role are discussed.
