NURS 264 - Primary Practicum Family Nurse Practitioner

Prerequisite: California RN licensure, NURS 210 , and NURS 221  
Corequisite: NURS 265  
A practicum designed to prepare family nurse practitioners to deliver promotion and health maintenance services. Application of individual, family, community, and nursing theories are addressed utilizing transcultural and intergenerational factors in interdisciplinary practice settings. Students work directly with a nurse practitioner and/or a physician in a primary care setting.

Course Fee: $40 and CSU liability insurance fee, $8
