The Bachelor of Science in Wine Business is designed to provide students with skills and knowledge necessary for managing wine production, grape growing, marketing, accounting, and sales in the wine industry. Courses will address the unique set of regulations, challenges, annual variations in style, and hyper-competitive market forces in the wine industry.
