Note: The use of any comparable course is contingent upon departmental approval. Upon review of transcripts, coursework taken more than 10 years ago may not be acceptable to meet program requirements.

Note: All candidates are required to sign a statement on the application form regarding conviction or plea of nolo contender for any violation of law other than minor traffic offenses.

Candidates with a conviction may be refused a School Nurse Services Credential. For further information, contact the CCTC Professional Practices Division at (916) 445-0234.

Time Restrictions. All requirements for a School Nurse Services Credential must be completed within five years of the date of issuance of the preliminary credential.
