Construction Management Minor Requirements

Students from interrelated disciplines will acquire professional and specialized construction knowledge and skills. Preparation for participation in the construction-related professions leads to careers in solving the infrastructure needs of society and the environment.

Additional Elective Courses (6 units)

The student will select additional construction courses in consultation with a faculty advisor. Emphasis may be placed upon a variety of specialization areas.

Building Construction:

CM 150 - Building Construction Units: 3 one other upper-division CM elective

Heavy Civil Construction:

CM 151 - Heavy Civil Construction Units: 3 one other upper-division CM elective

Residential Construction:

CM 144 - Construction Site Planning and Development Units: 3 one other upper-division CM elective

Note: The Construction Management Minor also requires a 2.0 GPA and 6 upper-division units in residence.
