AIS 165 - American Indian/Indigenous Collections: Curation, Ethics, and Laws




This course is based on curation from an Indigenous perspective including historical ideologies of collecting, ethics, curation standards and current laws. This course is designed for students interested in the curation of Native American material and anthropological collections, American Indian Studies and students interested in Museum work. Hands-on training in cultural material included.
