PH 185I - Health Administration Internship



Required upper division course in Health Administration or permission of the instructor. Permission numbers are required. Designed for current Public Health students, this 15-week course provides placement into local agencies that will allow for hands-on experience in a broad range of public health-related topics. Provides practical experience in a community work setting. A minimum of 120 hours of directed observation under the supervision of a healthcare or public health liaison is a course requirement. Approved for RP grading. CR/NC grading only.

Course Fee: CSU liability insurance fee, $8

Units: 3
Repeatable Maximum Units: 6
