HIST 15H - Trials of Century

Studies celebrated legal trials from 1896 to 2000 as windows for understanding larger historic context. Cases address issues such as racial discrimination, freedom of speech and religion, reproductive rights, consumer protection, war crimes, treason and capital punishment.
