BA 18 - Business and the Legal Environment



Prerequisite: sophomore standing
Introduction to legal system; relation of ethics to law; administrative, criminal, tort, and labor law; and legal aspects of international trade. A more extensive study of the law of contracts and agency. Case studies; discussion and analysis.
