ASAM 143 - Masterpieces of Asian American Literature



Prerequisite: Open only to juniors and seniors
(ENGL 143 same as ASAM 143)  This course provides a general overview of Asian American writers and their contributions to U.S. culture and politics. We will read fiction, poetry, and creative nonfiction, and engage with other multimedia forms, such as videos and podcasts, on topics related to American Indian lives and literatures.
