ARAB 1B - Elementary Arabic B

Prerequisite: ARAB 1A or permission of instructor
Second semester course in modern Arabic focusing on further developing conversational and written skills, vocabulary, and grammar. Cultural heritage of Arabic speaking people is also studied with emphasis on poetry as an important cultural expression.
