ANTH 105W - Applied Anthropology

Prerequisite: GE Areas 1A, 1B, 1C, 2 (Foundation) and Area 4 (formerly GE Area D)
Examination and assessment of the use of anthropological data and concepts to address contemporary issues in education, health care, law, environmental planning, and social services. Students work on applied problems and write observations, plans, reports, and research documents GE Areared to the needs of professionals, service providers, and particularly planners in modern institutional contexts.
