VIT 167 - Vineyard Ecology and Organic Production Prerequisite: BIOL 11 or equivalent This course will help students develop an understanding of vineyard production systems, environmental aspects of vineyards; ecosystem services of vineyards; socio-economic aspects of vineyards; aspects of organic production of raisin, table, and wine grapes; and aspects of organically produced wine.
