VEN 250T - Topics in Viticulture and Enology

Prerequisite: admission to a graduate program in the college of Agriculture Sciences and Technology and permission of the instructor
Advanced studies of current topics in viticulture and enology selected by instructor. Students will be required to prepare oral and written presentations demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the chosen topic(s). Participation in classroom discussion will be required as part of the grade.

Units: 1-3 Repeatable for a maximum of 6 units.
