SWRK 222 - Advocacy in Social Work Practice Prerequisite: SWRK 210 , SWRK 220 Corequisite: SWRK 211 , SWRK 221 and SWRK 281 Introduces students to the various types of advocacy and the role of advocacy to the welfare state. The students will learn the skills necessary to engage in advocacy with individuals, groups, organizations, and communities to address needs and problems.
