SOC 121 - Sociology of Terrorism and Genocide


Prerequisite: junior standing
Understanding conditions that produce and sustain terrorism and genocide provides insight to effectively mitigate and prevent these phenomena. Via historical and contemporary case studies, the roots and impacts of terrorism and genocide are investigated by applying sociological and social-psychological frameworks. (Formerly SOC 150T)
