MGT 104 - Administrative Principles of Management

Prerequisite: Not open to CSB Business Administration students, or those with credit in MGT 110
Prerequisite or Corequisite: BA 105W or ENGL 160W

Explores the human and interpersonal aspects of management and administration - motivation, leadership, conflict, communication, and organizational design and change. Employs various teaching methods including case analysis, written projects, small group exercises.
