MGT 182 - Seminar in Applied Conflict Management Techniques

Prerequisite: MGT 110  
Prerequisite or Corequisite: BA 105W  or ENGL 160W  

Sources of conflicts and how to resolve them inorganizations; theory and practice of negotiation, alternative conflict resolutiontechniques, mediation, employee voice, and employee deviance. Experientialexercises and case analyses will be used to enhance the application of the coursematerial.
