MCJ 40 - Introduction to Advertising and Public Relations This course provides a broad overview of the advertising and public relations industries. Topics covered include a brief history of both fields, their relationship to businesses, institutions, organizations, and the economy in general, as well as role of the social sciences in both. Ethical considerations in both fields are emphasized.
