LING 149 - Corpus Linguistics

Prerequisite: LING 100
This course will cover the development and use of large language corpora as they are used in theoretical and empirical research in Linguistics. Corpus linguistics is useful for students with interest in ESL, syntax, semantics, computational linguistics, forensic linguistics, language variation, spelling, and reading.
