IT 105 - Fundamentals of Citrus Processing Lines Study of fundamentals and operation of modern citrus processing line. Topics include but are not limited to fruit unloading, transfer system, washing, grading and sorting. Equipment selection, programmable logic controllers and other technologies employed in a state of the art citrus processing line will also be studied.
