CHEM 161W - Scientific Writing Workshop
Prerequisite: G.E. Foundation and Breadth Area B, ENGL 5B or ENGL 10 (C or better), to be taken no sooner than the term in which 60 units are completed
A review of common conventions and forms of scientific and technical writing including practical assignments in the preparation of laboratory procedures, research grant proposals, and research manuscripts. Meets the upper-division writing skills requirement for graduation.
