BIOL 151 - Bioinformatics Prerequisite: BIOL 102 Prerequisite or Corequisite: BIOL 150 , recommended
Practical use and application of computational tools for the analysis nucleic acids and proteins. Genomic database searching. Sequence alignment, molecular phylogenetic analysis, secondary and tertiary structure modeling of biological macromolecules. No credit if GENET 142 was taken prior to Fall 2005.
