ASCI 191 - Advanced Poultry Production Prerequisite: ASCI 91 Advanced management principles and practices of commercial poultry production. Advanced knowledge concerning anatomy, physiology, reproduction, nutrition, environmental management, health, and processing of broilers will be sought.
