HRM 154 - Compensation Systems and Performance Management Prerequisite: HRM 150 , MGT 110 and BA 105W or ENGL 160W (non-business majors only) This course provides a theoretical basis for understanding compensation and other reward systems, with particular emphasis on the psychological, economic, and strategic aspects of total reward systems and performance management. Reward practices and principles are learned through a series of hands-on exercises.
