EDL 501 - Organizational Theory in Complex Organizations

Prerequisite: admission to the program
Seminar. Combines alternatives views or organizational theory with application to the structure of the school; to critical roles played by teachers, principals and other school personnel; and to examine the relationships among strutural elements of schools.
