Microwave theory and techniques: slow-wave structures, S parameters, and microwave devices, including solid-state devices such as Gunn, IMPATT, TRAPATT, and BARITT diodes, and vacuum tubes such as klystrons, reflex klystrons, traveleling-wave tubes, magnetrons, and gyrotrons.
